This summer, my wife and I decided it was time to downsize from our family home of 25 years. We chose Rod Poole as our agent and we were determined to find our ideal townhouse. Rod when above and beyond to assist in the sale of my property. Through no fault of his there were incidents that occurred that I could not attend to as I am an out of province elderly lady.
